Every CassJean piece is designed and handcrafted with uncompromising attention to detail using premium materials and traditional leatherworking techniques. From the first cut to the final stitch, every detail is completed with intention.
Because I stand behind my craftsmanship, every piece is backed by my Lifetime Craftsmanship Guarantee.
What's Covered
If your piece experiences a defect resulting from my craftsmanship, I will repair it at no cost to you.
This includes:
- Hand stitching
- Construction or assembly defects
- Hardware installation performed by CassJean
What's Not Covered
Leather is a natural material that develops character over time. The following are considered part of the natural aging process and are not covered under the guarantee:
- Normal wear from everyday use
- Scratches, scuffs, and natural patina
- Water damage
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper care
- Alterations or repairs performed by anyone other than CassJean
Repair & Restoration
Even if your piece isn't covered under the Craftsmanship Guarantee, I'm happy to evaluate repair and restoration options whenever possible.
My goal is to help you enjoy your CassJean piece for years to come.
Ownership Registration
Every CassJean piece is individually numbered and signed before it leaves the workshop.
Registering your ownership creates a permanent record of your piece and helps streamline any future service should you ever need it.

I didn't create CassJean to make handbags that are replaced every few years. I created it to make timeless pieces that become part of your story.
If something I crafted isn't right, I'll make it right.
