I wanted this edition to actually feel like fall — not just look like it.
So I went out looking for leaves.
I used real East Texas leaves to wet mold each flap by hand, so every impression came out a little different.
The result is two Iconas that are truly one of a kind.
Each bag was designed, cut, molded and saddle stitched by hand in my Texas workshop using full-grain Italian leather and nickel plated solid brass hardware.
Only two Fall 2026 Edition Iconas were made. Once they’re gone, they are gone.

Because the leaf impressions are created from real leaves and molded individually by hand, variations in the pattern and depth are intentional and part of what makes each piece unique.
