There is something beautiful about something so chaotic.

Meet the very first Wild Card.

Once a year, I’ll take CassJean’s best-selling bag of the year and make one completely unrestricted version. Different leathers. Different colors. Different threads, rivets and hardware. Nothing has to match. There are no rules.

For 2026, that bag is the Icona.

Every piece of leather used in this bag came from my shop, chosen one by one as I made it. Thread colors, rivets and hardware were chosen the same way—creating a combination that exists only once.

Wild Card 2026 will never be reproduced.

Hand-cut and saddle stitched by me in Texas, numbered and signed as an original CassJean piece.
